Homebrew cttr-hpptwn spoof eshop?

So now i heard well get sun and moon demo on end of this month. Normally i won't play it but sachanobi is obligatory :c . As i will get my 3ds hardmodded on the exact day of start of holidays ( 22 november here ) and i don't want to update to 11.1 as i still need homebrew, can i use cttr-hpptwn to fw spoof eshop?
