Try using a X-Rom 512, the thing is you had to use your GBA and transfer the Rom from the PC to the card through the COM port of the GBA talk about SLOOOOOOOOOw as snot. Still use it today in my GBA but i have 2 GBA roms that i love on it and the rest of the space is poketnes.Hanafuda said:Hyro-Sama said:I hope they do not use the micro SD card interface. If you want the cart to fit flush in the 3DS slot, it will be microSD or nothing. And I mean that literally ... the way it looks right now it will be nothing, i.e. no removable media at all. Just a bank of flashable memory that you can load one game onto at a time. If this is what the 'crown3ds" turns out to be, then the quality of the PC hardware interface and the client software is EVERYTHING. I still use an EFA-Linker GBA cart, which is relatively easy and reliable compared to some of the old carts, and yet most of you who've only been around for the NDS slot1 carts would still pull your hair out if you had to use it.

I'm going to call it a fake, unless they can provide new video of the following..
Show me the bottom of this specific 3ds so I can clearly see what country it's for.. ie CTR-001(USA) or whatever it is..
Then play a game from a DIFFERENT region.. if it's a JPN model, I want to see ANY US/EURO english ONLY game playing on it.. If it's a USA/EURO model then I want to see a JAPAN region game playing on it! PERIOD! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Sorry but if they can't do this, it's either a 100% fake, or they can't figure out how to run non regional games on whatever specific model the 3DS is made for. Which in that case it's pretty much useless to EURO's who want to play either US/JPN and for US to play JPN/EURO and of course JPN to play US/EURO..
I CALL B.S.!!! We saw this same video from the other group MONTHS ago and nothing surfaced.. really now.. think about it..
I think you're right , even if they release it as an jtag with program loaded, if they could install it directly to the sdcard , that could cut the price in half because they wouldn't have to install much or any memory on the cardron975 said:inb4 3DS WAD Installing, just for the record..
Anyways, I'm guessing that this flashcart doesn't have access to the 3DS NAND, SD card or System Menu, though it would be interesting to have pirated games "Installed" like 3DSWare onto the SD Card.
BTW, I always thought that the 3DS would be softmodded. Maybe we can consider this a "Modchip" of sorts, and eventually we'll get a softmod.

IT IS NOT HOMEBREW!
That's why it won't allow you to play games from different region than your console's, why there is only one game at a flash playable, most importantly why there is no menu and "Hello World". It won't allow people to run custom, unsigned code on the 3DS, just pirated/backed up copies of retail games.
Please, find another argument, then call it fake. I'm not saying it is real, but the lack of region unlocking and homebrew doesn't make it fake.
The Acekard isn't homebrew, neither is the DSTWO, or any of the other flashcarts. That said, I can still play One Piece Gigant Battle on them. Pokemon BW in Japanese, too.

I forgot to add that I only own a DSi and a 3DS.
