Suggestion create CIA icon in 3ds homebrew dev. section of the wiki

everyone needs to know if there is a CIA version of an app by looking at it in the 3ds homebrew development section... we need a simpler way of finding cia versions of homebrew

It's not that hard to download the homebrew then check if there's a CIA in the zip or whatever.
You can also build the homebrew from source to get the ELF, then convert that to a CIA.

Including a CIA should be standard by now, though.
If the developer doesn't already include a CIA you should ask them to.
