Opps sorry posted pic while you were posting, so never saw.

Yeah I agree to let him finish it.

By the way regarding projects, I have always known it to work together and work at same time. So you have ideas from a design perspective and the coders implements it, and the coder has ideas from a coding perspective and the artists try ot fit around that.

I have never known it to be one side first, it's always a joint thing and working on both at same time in conjunction. This isn't my project however so I will respect what your saying and let it go as it is going.

Gitkua, I'm not trying ot hijack anything as I said.

Isn't the whole purpose of gbatemp to throw ideas out there and work in teams to get the best possible stuff whether it's for the Wii, GC or whatever?

I see a loader that is being worked on and I am offering my ideas. I don't see an issue with that. I'm also not trying ot step on your toes Gitkua. You said your working on the graphics of it all and I'm looking forward to seeing what you produce. Until then why is it an issue to show of some ideas?

Basically for me this loader is what I always wanted it to be, but with the styling of what I have worked on with Don Killah. I think with both it would look incredible.

However like I say if it's irritating you then I will quit and wait for what you have got.

Well...FINALY

. I love it!!! Awesome work, Beardface

!!! Can't wait when it reaches it's final state, so when it's stable and with more Options, and even more polished

I'm so happy, here's a little present from me

PSD-File

The NoCover-Pic in official Apple-Style

. I don't realy like the default one that will be displayed right now...maybe we could change this? Or add the Cover in the Directory...It's the correct size, with the transparency like it should be...I've improved it much, added a better light, bump map, it's realy close like Apple would do it...Hope you or/and the others like it.

Thanks again for this awesome piece of Software!!!

Just posting to say that scognito's cover art downloader works great!!

Edit: Also, the colors show up fine in Pal 50hz mode, but in 60hz they're all greyscale and narrow... 50hz is not easy on the eyes, though, in general, on my TV, so it would be nice if there were a Pal 60hz mode implemented.

just wondering what wad is being used to launch the channel? I would like to install it and use it, is this a forwarder channel? I got a NTSC wii btw

where can i look for a collection of forwarder channels? which ones are the best (looking and functionnality)

thanks!

btw I really like this GUI, keep up the good work! need more options like Force NTSC and Vid-Patch (that works! just like the GUI Usb loader)

Is this going to be yet another awesome coverflow loader promise that lends itself to obscurity like all the rest?

Seriously...
If I am honest there were technically better attempts in doing a coverflow usb-loader... I think they should try to work together rather then doing everything on their own, like the guys from the awesome GUILgx! Otherwise this likely won`t get to such a high quality...

There are no other working "real coverflow" usb-loaders...

Yeah, actually you`re right. But the coverflow demo of hiborn was imo better made but it lacks the implementation of the usb-loader and the Coverflow7 is really not a "real" coverflow...

All this thing needs is to be flattened a bit, switch to the next cover when you tap left or right and have the controls reversed, then it'll be perfect!

Oh yeah, and also all those titles.txt and config.txt files and all that jazz.

the whole programm look really crappy on my tv. everything is streched... is there a option for widescreen, and i'm to stupid to find it ??

I found and fixed the problem; it'll be fixed next release.

This is not true, unless you're talking about released apps.
Anyway, i agree with Master Mo, quality should be taken care of. Q&D is not the way to go IMHO...

Wasn't meant to be useless flaimbait. I'm just tired of all these projects for coverflow's starting up, causing a big ruckus then petering out with no real accomplishment.

I for one hope I'm proven wrong and we finally have a sweet coverflow to use. I love what you've done so far

To each his own; when I develop something i think is cool i like to share and get others excited like I am.

I'm happy for the Q&D b/c it brought in others to help me out with things I just don't have time for.

(Also, if it means anything to you; I developed and posted this prior to looking into what you'd already done... by the time I saw, I thought to myself... hmmm he's taking too long; I want this now.

Keep an eye on the commits and issues on googlecode. I don't plan on stopping till its a loader I'll be happy to use forever.
