Hardware could not start the software

I have the switch of Demonstrator
Whenever i turn on my Nintendo Switch it will attempt to boot twice, each time showing the Nintendo logo and then the Switch logo, after it shows the switch logo for the second time i get a popup that says " could not start the software" I have tried a firmware upgrade and factory reset with no luck. i wanted to ask to see if anyone maybe know how to derestrict
it.

Have you tried to unplug/remove everything from slots (game, sd card, controllers) and start console without everything?
Looks like you have Mariko switch it's patched so i assume you don't have custom FW.
Issue might be related to the hardware. Check charging USB-C port with magnification.
May be port has dirt or bent pins (hard to spot without magnification).
Check Joy-Cons rails might be the same: bent pins or dirt.
