Hacking Switch stuck at Nintendo logo

I recently tried updating my homebrewed switch the way I usually do but this time it got stuck on the Nintendo logo and only shows a black screen after. This is happening for both the emuNand and sysNand. I tried going into recovery mode and factory resetting the console but it won't boot into to that either. The only thing I can get into is Hekate. I have v1 switch if that helps and I can provide other information if needed. I'd appreciate any help I can get.

For starters we need to know:

What firmware did you update to?
Did you update both SysMMC and EmuMMC?
What version of atmosphere and hekate do you have on your SD card?
You say SysMMC isn't working either, is that with cfw or as ofw?
Have you tried to remove atmosphere\content from the sd card?

Thank you! This worked for the eMMC but not for the emuMMC do you know what could help with that?

I just needed to replace some outdated files it seems. Thanks for your help for the emmc tho!
