Hacking Copy HBC, USB Loader, apps, etc from SD to SDHC on vWii?

Hello,
First time here. I did some research but I couldn't find a clear cut answer to my situation. I just finished installing the Homebrew Channel on my Wii U errr I mean vWii. I also just finished the NAND thing and the d2x cIOS installer.
My intended use for this is to play Melee and other gamecube/wii titles. Since I installed all the necessary apps, can I copy everything from my 2GB SD card over onto my 16GB SDHC card?
I have USB Loader GX on my SD card to load the gamecube/wii games. According to this: https://code.google.com/p/usbloader-gui/wiki/Installation my SDHC card will work for this loader but will everything else work (HBC and etc) ?

considering vwii has no mios unless your planning to use nintendont you cant play GC games, and nintendont doesnt need anything to work just homebrew channel alone.
