Hacking can't use my micro sd

I am on 2.3 and can't use my micro sd. exfat and fat32 don't work. What can I try? The switch is completely new..

Are you getting any error messages?

Things you can try are:
1. If there is a "Nintendo" folder on the root of the SD card, delete it.
2. Format the SD card via the Switch settings.

I was getting error messages with my SD card and option #1 did the trick but initially I formatted the SD card using option #2 and the Switch was able to read the SD card.

no it's not patched. I buyed the switch long time ago but did't used it
