Clone SD card including partitions?

Hi

Am planning to upgrade my switch micro sd. It currently is full of games / homebrew and has both emummc and Android partitions. Is there any program for Windows or Linux that will allow me to copy everything across including partitions?

If you clone the old card it only mirror 1:1 of the old card, it will still be missing out on the extra space being unallocated.
