There was a game I saw advertised on TV a few years ago. It was definitely a DS game, but I can't remember the name of it!
Here's what I remember:
Here's what I remember:
- Looked like it would be similar to some of the more recent Persona games
- The story appeared to be generic (i.e. some kid gets into danger and suddenly has to save the world)
- The setting was some present-day city, probably in Japan
- It was 2D and since there wasn't any fake-stylus-on-fake-DS-screen shots, it was probably button controlled or at least had the option
- It appeared to be either an action-adventure or an SRPG without turns
- One main (at least he looked like a main) character appeared to be some little shy kid who, from the dialogue sample that was quickly scrolled through, probably couldn't fight in the beginning. He had black hair and glasses, and wore a modern-day Japanese boy's school uniform.
- Another main (at least she looked like a main) character appeared to be some aloof girl who kicks butt. She had brown hair up in a ponytail and was wearing what appeared to be a pink track uniform. She was a bit tanned, as well.
- The dialogue is done with larger anime shots of the speaker appearing behind the text box. The larger anime shots changed depending on their reaction/mood. The mouths also flapped.
