So I've been trying to run Swiss on my original Wii in order to play super Mario eclipse with the new custom music. My Wii is already set up with homebrew so I can use nintendont/wiiflow. I believe I have the most up to date version of swiss.
I bought an SD gecko and have two different micro SD cards which should be compatible with the software.
On my SD gecko I have a folder with games with eclipse in it. I also have a folder with swiss with the DOL file renamed to "swiss.dol"
On my primary SD card with my other apps and games I have swiss booter as well as wiixplorer. I've been trying a method that requires going through wiixplorer and booting swiss manually via the swiss.dol file through GameCube mode while having a GameCube disc in my Wii.
My problem is when I boot swiss this way it just fires up whatever GC game I have in the Wii and doesn't open the swiss menu. When I try swiss booter via the homebrew channel it just resets my Wii.
Do I perhaps need to change my cIOS settings? I'm at a point where I'm not really sure what I could be doing wrong
