Gaming Can't download a specific demo

Hm, so I try to download the Skate 2 demo, and I was yay! I'm gonna get it! After a few hours it says can't download Skate 2 demo. Sad face. So I try downloading it again, same problem. Keeps getting stuck at around 38% percent. I try deleting and downloading again, same problem. Been trying to download it since it came out. Anyone mind shedding some light on this dire situation?

Try going to account management and look for download history (something of the sort, my 360 has the rrod so I can't take a look myself). Try redownloading it from there.
