can't change my personal photo

I 'm having some prolems, I can't change my personal photo on the settings can anyone help me please

I can't either, it says upload failed, I tried on two computers and firefox and ie on each.

i recall sometime before that you can't use the upload option. if this is the problem use pix.gbatemp.net or other image hosting site.

Upload option is currently broken. Upload the image to some place like http://pix.gbatemp.net or www.tinypic.com and paste the direct URL/link for your avatar or personal photo.
