Can i load my O3DS Emunand in the N3DS Emunand or do i need to create a new one for the N3DS??

No. You can't. You can use homebrew to backup your saves and inject them back to your new 3ds. Provided you still have your O3ds,of course.
There is also a system transfer thing using emunand but I don't know about it that much, tbh.

NANDs, even EmuNANDs, are system specific and not transferable.
