Don't double post. What are you trying to accomplish? Just follow the instructions. If you have oothax and want to use that instead of Soundhax and you have 11.3 or less, go ahead and use oothax. Otherwise, you need the R4 card. No, you cannot install CIAs until after you've installed boot9strap.
