Can DS injections use the wii u gamepad mic?

some games, like ace attorney or smbds, use the mic for certain things. will the gamepad mic work, or can it be patched to work for those games? Thanks.

Considering Brain Age got released officially on the Wii U and that game if I remember correctly used the DS mic I’d imagine some games do work, however about a year or two ago I injected Mario and Sonic Olympics for the DS and I can confirm the mini game that used the DS mic did not work with the Wii U gamepad mic.
