Hacking BootMii IOS Install Wanting Boot2

When I Installed BootMii it only installed as IOS not Boot2 I am using older hardware LU11 w/a New Generation Drivekey Chip I got the Wii with firmware 4.1U on it...

is there anyway to maybe virgin the wii to gain access to install to boot2?

No. Your wii does not have the necessary vulnerable boot1 to install bootmii as boot2, so you'll have to deal with the IOS only install unfortunately.

Run the HackMii Installer again if you want to (re)install BootMii. If the installer prevents a boot2 installation, you can never get BootMii as boot2. Period.

If it was purchased before June 2008, you can probably get BootMii as boot2.

The serial numbers mean nothing BTW. I purchased brand new units that were LU36, LU37 and LU38 and they could not do boot2 install. My older units are LU57's and they work.
