How do i install themes + Best wii homebrew/apps/channels/emulators,etc + What is best. MMM or WiiMod Lite

1- I want to install the wii u wii menu theme from rc24 themes. is the theme compatible with 4.1U? can i use the guide from wii.guide?
i have bootmii boot2 and ios along with priiloader

2- what are the best wii homebrew available for my console. since my wii menu is empty. (page 1 isnt even full)

3- Title says it all. 4.1U .

I would highly advise you to update your system to 4.3 if you want to install the latest homebrew.

It's not necessary to update at all, you won't be missing anything after you install the necessary cIOSs in that fw.
