Hacking boot 1 and/or boot2 could not be read (-169600012)

i succesfully flashed a nand back to a bricked wii,
but when i try to run the hackmii installer i get this message

boot 1 and/or boot2 could not be read (-169600012)
can NOT be installed

so what is your advise,
i use the autonand program to convert the nand

1. install ios254
2. boot the bootmii
3. open restoremii
4. check block 0-7
