HENkaku itself attempts to block updates by spoofing the latest version. Just make sure your spoofed version is set to 3.68 in the HENkaku Settings.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
