i heard that it only came with a beyblade and that's it.

The collector's edition has 2 exclusive characters to it. Check gamestop's info.

So, anyone's got any news about the rom dump? Will they do it or are the AP so hard and they're waiting for it to be fixed to release it full?

I don't think it's been release yet and I'm not sure that the AP would be that hard to crack but I can't really say.
I hope the release the dump for Beyblade: Metal Fusion and Beyblade: Metal Fusion Collector's Edition.
