Best one you can easily get at this point: EZ Flash IV

I believe each game has to be patched first with their patching tool to work on it, but the compatibility is excellent. It doesn't support RTC (Real Time Clock), so you would have to avoid games that use that.

It isn't the best, but it's the best you can buy since the GBA Scene has been dead for a few years now.

The EZIV is the best but it has a poor build quality. Also, don't expect the ease of the DS world. Running GBA is a lot harder to maintain. I went in thinking it would be easy a few months ago, i am still really confused about some things. The worst thing is the lack of help around at this time. I wish i could have had one when it was in its high point.
