Ok, so I got into the Preloader and used the files from the Offline Downgrader pack.

I am currently downgrading to 3.4u!!!!

Yeah he has all the wads I think. He just needs install em in order and then system menu. If it was done by bad wad he just needs unistall bad wad and it shld work with that.
