I personally never get motion sickness, but I was wondering, are you more likely to get motion sickness with higher or lower FPS?

From what I remember from the early days of VR, the lower the frame rate, the worse the motion sickness.

But it’s not the only factor. There’s also the fact that moving your head didn’t result in a perfect motion in VR, and that difference was also a major cause of motion sickness.

It's all about the frametiming that gives you sickness and not entirely about the fps.

What causes motion sickness for me is the FOV (field of view) especially on FPS games.

Low framerate, narrow FOV and bad frame pacing are the things that cause motion sickness in my case. Oh and motion blur, I always turn that off.
