with dolphin right click on the game and choose compress iso...
no need to trim.
Will this work to trim ROMs for burning to mini DVD-Rs, too? All the supposedly "properly" sized ones are listed as being 1.45gb, whereas 1.4gb is the maximum holding space of the mini DVD-Rs...

No dolphin does not trim. you can use gcutil for that.

you make a very common mistake. . GC isos are 1.35 gb therefore 1.45 million bits. anyhow you dont have to shrink or whatever it will fit

Thanks. So is my computer just reading the sizes wrong, then? Because I'm looking at my entire ISO collection thus far (17 titles), and all of them are 1.46 gb... Except one GCM file, which is 1.38gb. Thanks for informing me!

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
