Assassins Creed IV Black Flag offer exclusive content for those whose pre-order the game through GameStop, and I think other bonuses depending the retail (Target, etc). Unfortunely this content is not available on eShop, and the codes are not the typical ones that you can enter many times, they are unique for each Nintendo ID.
Now, since they are not available through eShop I would think these bonuses are just locked inside the disc, you probably don't need to download the content, maybe it can unlocked through the save? Has someone tried that?
