Are you ready uninstall homebrew programs??
Can you goto wii setting menu ??

If you can , try goto reset your WII. Like you first time use WII. put your name and time ba ba ba......

I upgraded my Wii with the game Mario Kart Wii, I'm always in the 3.2 Firmware, and I see the game image on the disc Channel. (mario kart) I laucnh the game, I have the screen of advice (Security and safety) but after that, I have an error..

Your wii is not bricked your DVD Drive is going bad., Cause if it launches the game and then falls, That means your system menu and your IOS's are good cause the game booted so if the game failed after it booted, You either have a Scratched Disc or Your DVD drive is going bad.

Wiiblaster: Ok.. Sometimes It launches the game and i have an error, sometimes i have a error "Could not reading the disc" on the disc channel. GC games work fine.

EDIT: Because of the reset and the upgrade, there is no homebrew channel in the Wii menu.. So I cannot launch burned discs. Do I reinstall the homebrew channel with the Twilight hack ?

Try uninstalling these 3 files with anytitle deleter,
CIOS51; CIOS249; CIOS36
- And make a reformat and then your wii is as good as new, and then start all over.
