Uhh... well a few other places failed me, and yes I did search in this forum (as I remember other threads like this one) but no, none of those answered my question.

I'm looking for an anime in the seinen demographic, thats comedy/drama with maybe supernatural. Examples would be Rozen Maiden, Azumanga Daioh, and Kanon.

Yes, little girls in the anime is a plus.

great teacher onizaku (not sure about the last name) will do fort the comedy/drama just look for GTO.
love hina is a real fun one to but i guess that would be "shojo" also the manga is better than the anime
Finally i'd say Neon geneses evangelion but it's more of an action drama but such a great one, they are starting to remake the series, the first movie is out and it's awsome ----> Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone

I was one of those guys who loved genshiken even thaught the new style they started in the end of season 1 took some of the good parts out of it ...

for Recommendations ... each its own ... i could recommend

    Psychik Academy
GTO (but i hated the Anime [IMG] would recommend the Live Action which made my cry and luagh very often)

There are many many other things but those are two good examples of what you might want from your description.

I watched it cause someone once told me that there was a canon lesbian relationship. It failed to please. Also, the ending was shitty if you hadn't played the four games.

i want to know why people compare azudaoih with luckystar? the humor in each is completely different. luckystar is more comparable to suzuharu in its humor, its more fanboy/fangirlish than azudaoih is.

also hayate no gotoku references a majority of the popular anime out there. not just TTGL.

and yes, //hack.sign was slow and in the end you find out it was just some otakus playing a MMORPG and passing out from it playing too long.

schooldays was loltastic, its like a huge fuckfest gone wrong.

Let's see.... long list time. This is just off the top of my head, and I'm assuming you've seen a lot of the "standard stuff," so to speak, so... yeah. Highest recomended titles in Bold.

    Anime
    ----------
G Gundam - BADASS MECH FIGHTS
Turn A Gundam - Another Gundam, but pretty much the best. Very unique and cool.
    GaoGaiGar - GOLDION CRUSHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Aria - Slice of Life, very good.
Gunbuster - If you've never seen it, go watch it. NOW. Short, but sweet.
Kaiji (and Akagi) - Awesome as hell moments. A little slow, but so suspenseful it kills.
Black Lagoon - An action trip that really delivers. Good characters, animation, etc.
Sketchbook - Another slice of life. Slower than most, but really cute.
Legend of the Galactic Heroes - Anime at it's finest, right here.
Code Geass - Controversial, but I think it's quite good, aside from certain Sunrise moments.
Hidamari Sketch - Again, slice of life, but one of the funniest I've ever seen. Also, nutbladder.
Gankutsuou - A masterpiece. Absolutely thrilling.
    Mushishi - See above.
    Kino's Journey - See above.
5cm/s - Movie made me cry like a little girl. Very touching, and visually stunning.
Toshokan Senshou - Currently airing, and one of the only good shows this season. Fun times and action to be had.
Hokuto no Ken - YOU'RE ALREADY DEAD.
Goldenboy - Funny as hell, and one of the best dubs ever.
Shigofumi - Short one, but quite good.

    Manga
    ----------
GTO - Funniest manga ever. Read it. Love it.
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure - Manliest journey ever. Absolutely AWESOME.
    Vinland Saga - Vikings.
Violinist of Hameln - Old school and funny as hell.
Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou - Amazingly relaxing, and incredibly good.
Blame! - Crazy stuff. Very good.
20th Century Boys, Monster, Pluto - All by the same author, and all brilliant. Must reads.
Parasyte - Weird, but good. Great action scenes.
Planetes - Great manga with great characters. And space.
