Sorry to bump this thread, but I know it can still be useful
So I am going big this week... Just bought 5000 turnips @ 96 bells. Thats 480k's worth of tulips. Now I need your help to ensure I profit from this, and hopefully you will too!
Anybody that gets me a price between 300 and 500 will get 5% of my profit. Get me 501 or better per tulip and get 10% of what I earn!
So if you get me 501, you'd be making roughly 250k bells just for having me visit a few times back and forth...

ah just a question, where do you keep all those? Just in the floor of your house? I have 2000 which i keep on tables, waiting for a day when the price will again be over 500.
So I sold my turnips yesterday, thinking 193 bells per turnip was a good price. Of course Nook has to be an asshole and buy them for 524 (!) bells per turnip today. I hate you Nook.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
