Anarchy Reigns hitting the West this January

What's black, white, and red all over? That'd be MadWorld, the Wii-exclusive brawler by Platinum Games. To the disappointment of many fans, its spiritual successor, Anarchy Reigns (known as Max Anarchy in Japan) was delayed indefinitely by publisher Sega. However, it looks like that delay is no longer, as Platinum Games has announced via Twitter that Anarchy Reigns will be reigning supreme in January.

The exact dates are January 8th for North America and January 11th for Europe. Even better, the title comes at a great price range, launching at $29.99 (or €24.99 for Europe).

The game is a multiplayer brawler that takes some heavy riffs from MadWorld. Most of the cast is original, but you'll notice Jack from MadWorld making a return and Bayonetta's own wicked witch Bayonetta also joining the fray.

So make sure to support Platinum Games and get it! It's Xbox 360 or Playstation 3 only however, so Wii U and PC fans look like their out of luck for now.

Day one buy for me at 30$. Was kind of iffy at the 60$ price range, especially after the massive delay.

Anyway, I was thinking this game was going to be only digital, seems like I was wrong after googling, I'll be sure to get it when the GAME near my place has it up for pre-order (with a price like that I don't have to bother importing it) =3

I hate how my local game stores won't take pre-orders months in advance. Now I have to wait for this and the Mass Effect Collection.
