Hacking Acekard 2i deleting LoZ:ST and Pokemon:SS saves

I just had a 5 hour and 30 min pokemon save that I had been working real hard on. Now it just wen6 back to my first save I ever made, one that was 7 min. For LoZ, it just deletes the entire save, but i don't care since I wasn't far in that. Should I get some new clean roms? Also, these are the only games where it has happened.

Probably creating another save, not deleting. I had that problem and I realized it was because my save extensions were wrong. Some where .SAV instead of .sav and that effected me.

I just looked at the save and it's .sav not .SAV, so that's not the problem. And it didn't create a new save, it just went from like my 6th save or so to my first save i've ever made. I'm on AKAKIO 1.6RC2 BTW.
