Hacking A couple of questions about EZ carts

I've been reading around in the forums here, and I have a couple questions:

First, what is the better flash cart for slot 1. EZ 3 or 4, or G6 lite?

Second, where would I find these at a decent price? I was looking for the EZ 4 mini SD, but couldn't find many sites that were offering it.
