9.00 Cant backup physical Disc to USB/HDD

Anyone have any luck?
I've tried using Homebrew Store to backup by disc to my USB so that i can reinstall it as a pgk but for some reason it gives me an error.

currently using an original ps4 running 9.00 latest GoldenHen
