EDIT: You've like, patched all your games correct? With what? Probably has nothing to do with it though. Where is the link to the 3in1tool file you have? Mine is 150Kb.

All my GBA and NDS games are unpatched and untrimmed. This is my first flashcart, so I've no real experience doing such things. Only the browser is patched to make it compatible with the 3in1 RAM expansion. I'm pretty sure that I got rudolph's 3in1 tool from the downloads seection here at GBATemp. I can't look at the file right now as I'm at work - I can let you know when I get home.

Okay. The patching may be the problem. If you don't patch various games - it means some with certain save types will not save.

Hmm. Is there a list of games that needs patching somewhere? what sorts of saves does the 3in1 support?

just use GBATA on the game. if it will let you patch the save, then do it. otherwise, it's not needed. there are a couple of 256Mbit games that have a save type not supported by GBATA, but there are patches available for those titles.
