Thanks for your help.. I have a couple more questions too if you happen to know the answers..

1: You said in an other thread that titlekeys can be verified IF they are decrypted, which is probably why titlekeys site only lets you upload decrypted.. Which tool(s) do you use to verify with? decrypt9 some how? I'd like to weed out any invalid titles on my 3DS if possible..

2: Does encTitleKeys.bin contain titlekeys AND tickets? Or is the ticket(s) generated only after you install the titlekey(s) on to your 3DS?.. (The ticket has to be unique to your console doesn't it? Or else eshop won't let you download it?)

1. You can do it with PlaiCDN I believe. One of the stated features is "3) Batch check titlekeys from decTitleKeys.bin"

2. I believe encTitleKeys.bin is dumped from ticket.db, but does not contain the full tickets.

Also, I added the last updated time to the website.

Is it possible to include dsiware and be able to separate titles that are dual retail/download? Those titles are already taken care of by the scene (at least in EU/US).

I am disappointed at the low percentage that the titlekeys database is at (especially the japanese games).. When spring/summer come, I want to try to spend loads of money to purchase some eshop games (especially japanese ones).. (I don't make income during the winter..)
My friend plays english games on her 3DS, but I play the japanese ones, and always aggravates me in freeshop when I see a game available for USA but the jap version is missing, especially when it is a game that was made in japan.. If no one else in the world is going to purchase some of these eshop games, then I will..

I could not agree more! I love how useful the key stats website project is, and I am still amazed that less that 1/4 of Japanese titles are available!

I apologize in advance if this next part is a bit offtopic, but if anyone is interested, I have an O3DS that I region-changed and it has the Japanese eShop up and running. I can also access and buy content from the American and European eShops.

If anyone wants an undumped game (and does not want to region-change, or has, but still cannot get an out-of-region eShop working), I would be willing to do a sort of valet service where you PM me with the name of the title that you want (or better yet, link me to its page on Nintendo's website), send me the money for it (plus a bit extra for my service), and I will buy it and dump it for you (but you will have to use Google to find the dump, because I will respect the rules and not link you to it in the PM).

Selecting "All" I think shows you games missing in all regions - but doesn't avoid showing games available in one region but not the other. If you know what I mean. I was thinking of buying some games but thought it would be a good idea to only buy games not available in any format, rather than for example, then already being available for the US and I'd just be adding the Eur version which isn't as useful.

Oh yeah I didn't think of that. That would be why there was a game with a lowercase title on one region and upper case on the other (I thought it was weird at the time)

Maybe you already knew this, but he is probably talking about more than just capitalization differences.. Like game might be called "brain age" in US but might be called "dr. kawashima's brain training" or some thing in europe or some thing.. And of course the japanese titles are usually always different from other regions..

Yeah, I know. They have different product codes.

That's kind of difficult, since the title isn't always the same across regions.

Currently the list is sorted by the Title field, perhaps an option to sort by Product Code instead would go a long way to clearing this up, since region duplicates of the same game would be grouped together by PC.
