Since the stickied list hasn't been updated for over a year, I'm making a more up-to-date replacement.
This thread's aim is to compile a list of all completed or WIP Nintendo 3DS ROM hacks into one, easy-to-access location. In accordance with GBATemp rules, I cannot post download links to precompiled .3ds or .cia files for these hacks, but I will link to the relevant project thread.
If you know of a project that has yet to be listed, please post about it here! I ask that you give me a brief synopsis of the project and its progress towards completion, as well as a link to the project's GBATemp (or equivalent) thread.

Please note that we can't link to any undub projects that ONLY have a presence on 'warez' sites--we'd like a release thread, preferably on Temp.
