Hacking 2nd Wii Remote wont sync when Wario Smooth Moves backup

i've been having issues with syncing the 2nd wii remote to the wii when playing backups it just wont sync. is there anything i can do to fix this? this does not happen on all backups it only happened with WSM. does it have to do with the loader because i use backup loader and neogamma

This is intentional - the game only allows one controller. All multiplayer and party modes involve passing one controller around a large group. There's nothing wrong with your setup.
