Once an Axio customer, always an Axio customer. Throughout all aspects of company operations, we pledge 100% consistency and fairness. Guaranteed.

All EXTERNAL HARD DRIVES are covered by RAM-Memory's 1 Year Limited Warranty. Our drives are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defect within 1 year of the date of purchase.

Factory Recertified external hard drives also carry a 6+ Month Warranty, direct from the Manufacturer.

We offer a comprehensive 7 day exchange policy for all EXTERNAL HARD DRIVES in our store (to view our return policy in its entirety, please see the Policies page at the link provided below). Our return policy is based on the notion that every RMA will be placed into one of three categories: “seller fault,” “buyer fault,” or “fault undetermined.” It’s very simple. If we made an error, you’ll be able to exchange the product at our expense—you’re not responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the cause of the return is "buyer fault," the product is returned or exchanged at your expense. And if there isn’t enough information to determine fault, we’ll share shipping expenses for the exchange. A restocking + shipping fee is only necessary when the RMA falls into the “buyer fault” category, and the customer may waive mandatory exchange requirements at any time by returning under "buyer fault." On our Policy page, we provide a fair and detailed explanation for how fault is determined and how policy is implemented:

General Return and Exchange Policy

Your bid is your acknowledgement of our full return policy, as displayed at the link above. Thank you, in advance, for respecting this policy and helping to keep ebay fair and consistent for buyers and sellers.

Nice little drives, i have 2 250 gigs, One for wbfs and the other for a backup just upgraded to a 500 gig No problems at all, Just remember to use the software that comes with it to set sleep mode off, Newer loaders should defiantly have this fixed but it doesn't hurt regardless.

edit: Posted without even noticing this was a flame thread.lol
