Those are very old. You aren’t using them at all and can just leave them there. Just add the new fusee.bin from the Atmosphere release page.
Let’s do this:
- Move/rename your /atmosphere directory to /atmosphere.bk
- Move/rename your /bootloader directory to /bootloader.bk
- Download and unzip to the root of yiur SDCard the latest Hekate.x.x.x.zip from the releases section of the official GitHub: https://github.com/CTCaer/hekate/releases
- Download and unzip to the root of your SDCard the latest Atmosphere.x.x.x.zip from the releases section of the official GitHub: https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/releases
- Download fusee.bin from https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/releases and place it in /bootloader/payloads/
- Sigpatches (GBATemp) grab sigpatches from here and unzip them at the root of your SDCard.
- create a new file called ‘bootloader/hekate_ipl.ini and place the following inside of it:
If you do not have a /exosphere.ini file at the top level of your SDCard, create one and place this inside (make sure it ends in .ini and not .ini.txt)
if you do not have an /atmosphere/hosts directory, create one.
if you do not have an /atmosphere/hosts/default.txt file create one and out the following inside it:
once all this is done, reboot your switch and select Atmosphere CFW

We essentially just did redo the entire hacking process. If you went through everything I listed then you are not running on anything that was there before. This is extremely strange.
e: the only thing we did not replace was your emunand. There is nothing else left to replace after that.

The instructions I sent earlier addressed the issue of Sigpatches.
what firmware are you on?
the other issue reported with this issue is it could be a bad SDCard. Please test with h2testw.
Do you have a whole bunch of games and saves on this card? If you don’t have a bunch of stuff already on there, we could just start over with a new Emunand and take it from the top. You’ve done everything else included w/ hacking a switch so it’s not much more to add.

Please download rufus and h2testw onto you PC.
Before we wipe everything please confirm if you are on Erista (V1) or Mariko (V2)...I think I know but don’t want to leave anything to chance.

Copy your /backup folder to your PC before we do anything else.

Once you finish the test and confirm your SDCard is good, format your card as FAT32 w/ 32k block size.

Seems you can just download a save file that‘s already knocked on Bethesda’s login page and then you can play offline forever. Sourcing a file now…

You download the games (from the eShop duh), you install them, you play them, no magic needed.
For "special needs" you need to find yourself the "cracks" by the scene.
