Atmosphere Nx + Sx Pro

Hi guys, i haven't touched my switch for years and i need help now how to install both cfw Sx Pro and newest Atmosphere Nx.
My console is still being repaired but I'd like to get ready how to do, first thing is still worth to keep sx os with atmosphere ?
I would like to use sx pro dongle to load Atmosphere Nx and keep sx os to play some old backup games. Anyone could help me pls or link

Thx for help and btw i read somewhere there is a problem with activation sx os (not working anymore) ?. I got my sd formated so i will had to start from everything begining but i found on my hdd some license backup files "license-request.dat" , "license.dat" and "prod.keys" but i forgot what to do with those files xDD i really didnt use my switch for more than 2 years.

Those just go in the top level of your SDCard, right next to boot.dat.

i need help migrating from SX OS V3.1.0 EMUNAND to Atmosphere
also have RR by RG_74 release 1.23

switch firmware 10.2.0 would like to update it to 16.0.3 or 13 at least

keep getting
eMMC: Failed to update the DMA transfer! (about 10 times)
then
Fatal error: [NXBOOT] couldn't parse boot0: I/O error!

then i just get
