The Homebrew App Store makes finding these apps much easier, (https://apps.fortheusers.org/wiiu/appstore) and extract to the root of your SD Card, or download SwapDRC from here (https://apps.fortheusers.org/wiiu/swapdrc) and extract it to the root of the SD Card (no need to copy the manifest.install and info.jsons)
