For now, extract this zip to /luma/titles/0004013000003302. This should make the circle pad pro work again in these games, however rehid's IR capibilites will not work with these games. You can use this till I don't develop a proper patch.
I just tried it, as I had 5 minutes, and I found that yes the c-stick works even after the remmaped software is closed, but if I re-open the remapped software it doesn't work again. Thanks again for updating it, it's a really great and useful project, you've got my full support!

Edit: if I re-open the remapped software and don't open any other app first, it still works tho.

Its a dummy driver, so that some games which were getting stuck, launch. Also yes, I am making some final changes to the ir patches, it would be awesome if you could join my server and help me test them out.
Here is a test build, games which were not launching will launch now and circlepad pro should work in games again, for some games you'll have to wait for about 2/3 seconds for rehid to take control over ir(for zl/zr/circlepad pro).

Im having a rare issue with this new build of rehid. I eliminate 0004013000001D02 and 0004013000003302 folders and replace it with the file that you provided on this post. I tested a few games and im getting something like double input. On games like Shingeki no Kyojin 2 Mirai no Zahyou, that use use ZL, ZR and C-Nub (ZL and ZR replicates Y and X button function) i get the input of the game normal use of the button and the modified input of rehid. Example: with ZL i can shoot the anchor of the ODM gear, and i remapped the button to touch the screen button of the inventory. So now when i press ZL, it shoots the anchor and press the touch screen button at the same time.
Try this. Extract to /luma/titles and also delete the 0004013000003302 folder
Now the buttons work, but they get some delay on input, also seems that not always register the input. It works but its pretty strange.
Please try this and tell me if its any better, you'll need to delete the 3302 folder again.

Maybe the freeze was an issue of the game itself. The second problem looks fixed by the way! Great job man, keep it up.

So I did like the OP said, make the rehid folder in the root and stuff.
I tried the "remap L and R to the C-nub" code from your post, NanashiFinal13 and I used it as the default remap for my console. Now when i boot into the 3DS menu, my console is constantly trying to open my camera. I was eventually able to get it to stop by holding "L" and "R" and then booting into a Terry's Wonderland. The game runs fine, but wont respond to the C-nub.

That's strange.
What version of luma are you using and what version of rehid?
You are using the older v1.0 version of rehid which is buggy, please use the build I attached some posts ago. You can use this site https://young-ravine-66468.herokuapp.com/config to generate your json file
