Hi from France (again, one more) !
Jayro your job is very clever : Medicat is a so great tool that helps a lot everyday. A very very big thank you!
To SebaFR : about ATI2020, most of the time USB drivers (also chipset and enbeeded controller) are concerned. ATI's community power users used to create an 'ATI-MVP' boot media that is more complete (also with more drivers!). As WinPE it can be build onto a specific platform with a script that list and package this platform's driver, to insure it will full work well. Very handy for some old exotic server's drive controller (specific RAID or 1st SCSI generation). My personal MVP ISO works like a charm onto Medicat
Of course, a working ATI licence is needed onto the PC you use to build the media.
A French link about this looking for "outil assistant MVP" and "Générateur de médias personnalisé basé sur WinPE", more in English looking for "ATI MVP-tool" (see posts from Steve Smith).
I feel very concerned by SteveSi last post. I'd like to customize my Mini_Windows_10. I often use the whole kit onto a Dell laptop Latitude 5500 with a second screen LG32 up to 2560x1440. I tried to update screen INF, but no luck. The trouble comes from Intel display adapter.
I also noticed that Ventoy first menu displays 800x600. When I manually commute it to 2560x1440 or any other res, it works. But not as autodetect. May be some trick with high res this display can provide? Or could it be because this is an external display (using HDMI)?
So I tried to add an Intel UHD Graphics 620, to work with wider display than 800x600. Generic MS driver do not manage it correctly but Intel installation need a wider X:\ drive to go. I did not manage to find a small driver for this video board (or to extract it correctly). Can someone help me to "incorporate" this specific display adapter?
I'd really like to learn how to engage some specific (all kind), as I often work with very exotics computers.
A beautiful day to every one
