Hey guys, sorry to be a noob but...is this patch for the one on NDS? i was wondering since the original one is in japanese, do you have to put this on an R4 card and include a patch?

If you mean downloads, it's listed as "Final Patch Download" on the sidebar on the project's Google site.

Hmmm.. That's odd. Why I don't have many skinship in the game? I noticed in some other playthroughs that they often have skinship more. Is there anything wrong? Whenever I restart though, I have skinship occassionally...
If you just started the game, you wouldn't have many chances for skinship. And the chance you'll get good result for skinship will increase after you get closer to the guy.

I played this on my old DS with an M3 Real and I wanted to play again on my 3DS (I don't have a DS anymore ). I bought a R4i Gold for my 3DS (this one: http://i.imgur.com/cPZJii8.jpg) and I'm getting a white screen. I tried the unpatched japanese game too.
Other games works fine, and I'm using the latest R4 Wood from the flashcart's official site.

Hello I need help with email in the game when I go to read it I get stuck and Im playing on a Twilight Menu ++ hacked new 2ds XL please need help I also have the same problem for Tokimeki Second Season as well any help would be appreciated
