It happened to me too, I tried to change fw and restore it by many way and so currently I should be at 10.0.4 but console is stuck at Nintendo logo then black screen.

Also note that the count of burnt fuses does not matter since with atmosphere it is ignored during boot, mine boot at 1.0.0 with 12 burnt fuses

And what should he do with the prod.keys? I mean it's from another console. Which shouldn't work i think.
yeah I can confirm that - all keys are the same on each console I've seen so far, except for the BISkeys, they are the only unique ones.
That is also why I keep thinking, that one should be able to create the firmware files of any version with choidujourNX on any cfw-switch, and use them to flash them onto another switch, but I don't know how to do that, yet. I do have another cfw switch, though - just afraid of flashing sth. with choiNX because I don't want to brick this one, too
So I guess, I do not explicitly need the prod.keys from yuzu, but I need to know what keys I have to add to my own keys.txt - to keep ChoiDuJour 1.3.0 from stopping at errors "section 0 is corrupted & section 1 is corrupted" on 8.1.0.
As my actual keys.txt is working with all versions up to 6.1.0.
So is there sth. that has changed in keys.txt?

If you are on a hurry, you don't update your OS knowing that the smallest inconvinient will brick the console. At least take five seconds to read if you are downloading the right files, or pay attention to the four times ChoiDujourNX tells you what you are gonna install.

okay - I guess it is finally not working for me. I could make all the steps with 8.1.0 successfully, also watched his video three times now to make sure I didn't miss anything. But still stuck after atmosphere logo - I do have to give it up until later there's maybe yet another way, but at least I refreshed my Spanish now
try to repair the boot using the blank boot0/1 for firmware 8.1 file and the boot repair package:okay - I guess it is finally not working for me. Well, many thanks for the thousandth time, but still same issue - blackscreen after atmosphere was booting for a few seconds.. tried with 9.1.0 and 9.2.0 via eMMChaccGen. Still another interesting option, but seems my switch is sth. very special... what the heck is just wrong with my console? Firmware 0.0.0 (which was told by ChoiDuJourNX when flashing 1.0.0-7 pre-release) seems to have changed sth. a complete rebuilt of the NAND is just not capable to fix.
The biggest success was still the step by flashing 6.2.0 and further restoring the boot0/1 with "special" images from switchboot.bin - there at least the Nintendo logo is visible for three seconds before blackscreen appears.

Have you tried generating the firmware using the latest version of EmmcHaccGen? it should also work with the prod.key extracted from firmware 1.0.0:

maybe you could try to upgrade to firmware 9.2 and see if it starts?
