Check my comment there. Your firmware bios might be not correct. Check the md5 checksum to match. And let us know.

and left it as is and drag and drop one file at the time and match md5 checksum. If they are mismatch then that's why it doesn't work. Find the correct files with MD5 match and you will have the properly bios files.

if the checksums match yes. Put them into /melonds named as firmware.bin, bios9.bin, bios7.bin Don't forget the romlist.bin (you can get it from the official melonDS distributions: http://melonds.kuribo64.net/downloads.php).
As long as checksums match.. yes. If not then it wont work. checksum must match first.

Alot of games don't work too well.. Thankfully the Dragon Quest games work but.. The Zelda games run very poorly.. Alot of frame drops.

What emulator do you use ? Alpha ? Mine works great with those games using overclocking.
