Damn! That is some grade A homework, man, lol! Tnx for finding that info!

It's not a bug, the palette changes on a real snes too. Look at the manual, Superscope section on page 5 of this pdf: https://www.gamesdatabase.org/Media..._Arcade_Game_-_1993_-_Ocean_Software_Ltd..pdf
Awesome finding, Mr. @Wiimpathy!

For the curious and fact checkers , i corroborated real hardware behavior, here.

New release is up! (4.5.0)

* Xbox 360 wired controller support! (thanks revvv!)
Before loading Snes9x RX, connect your Xbox 360 wired controller. When
you're at the main screen (Choose a game), click on the emulator logo at the
corner of the screen and read the status info at the bottom, just to make
sure it was properly detected. In some cases you won't need to do this,
it will just work. Remember, the controller only works when in-game.
You can swap your player/port number by simply pressing on the
Xbox Guide button. Enjoy!

Right stick is configured as YXBA (essentially duplicating your buttons),
specially useful for Smash TV fans like me =D

* Xbox 360 wired controller code improvements. [revvv]

Hi @niuus

Is this update not supported using HDD? I tried all three styles and I'm getting just background with no way to exit but hard reset. I reverted back to 4.4.0, fixed no problems.

Had this done since 2017, a short while after the SNES Classic went on sale. Figured it is time to release it. I hope you like it.

Download here.

Any way to customize this build so that the Settings and Exit buttons line up perfectly with the Power and Eject button images?

Also would you be able to rebuild your releases against the latest libogc that has the Wii 480p fix?

New style available:
prl99JP.jpg

The themes are great :)
Questions: in the menu options, there is a call "show virtual memory", by choosing "no" it still shows, is there any way that it does not show that data?
Is there any way to change the font of the letter? In the changes of the standard version of the emulator this point is mentioned: "Added ability to load external fonts".
It would be great to continue with the font of the lyrics of the GX versions.
Finally, mention that the colors of the icon of "settings (video mode, filters, etc)" attract a lot of attention with respect to the other icons, perhaps it would be better to use the icon of the standard version.
Thank you very much for this version, it has convinced me in performance as in appearance.

Strange. I was going to ask you the exact steps to reproduce it, but i was able to. Since i have 6 revisions of the 360 controller code, i'll try and dig into it to make some tests with each one, and hopefully find the culprit.

You can keep using 4.4.0, or use this easy workaround in the meantime: load the emulator from any SD card that you might have around, and then use the menu to navigate to your USB device ROMS folder to access your snes games library.

Editing the source and recompiling it, is the only way.

Also would you be able to rebuild your releases against the latest libogc that has the Wii 480p fix?
Yeah, that's a plan for the future, but it will be a "special build", since by using the newer tools, the Snes9x Wii ports lose speed.

Questions: in the menu options, there is a call "show virtual memory", by choosing "no" it still shows, is there any way that it does not show that data?
Yeah, known bug for the moment, i might remove that feature later.

Is there any way to change the font of the letter? In the changes of the standard version of the emulator this point is mentioned: "Added ability to load external fonts". It would be great to continue with the font of the lyrics of the GX versions.
I'm not too fond of the original font used in GX, so that's why RX uses a different one.

The "Add ability to externally load fonts" is only for the use of Japanese/Korean languages, because of the different language characters.

Finally, mention that the colors of the icon of "settings (video mode, filters, etc)" attract a lot of attention with respect to the other icons, perhaps it would be better to use the icon of the standard version.

I really like all those icons, else it wouldn't be RX. B-)

Yeah, use the workaround method described above in case you are using your 360 joy, or else use 4.4.0 in the meantime.

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.

In the end that call ended up costing Dell millions in lost contracts with Raytheon, and really the issue could have been solved for like 450 bucks lol
