Unfortunately, to answer that, it's a no. We don't talk about the Chinese build anymore(even though this thread still make other people thought that we are).

Yes, there are. Sickc (the guy I mentioned 4 posts before yours) seems to be chinese, after all.
I wouldn't say they're dead, they're simply being made by a different person. Before, it was Gdmk. Now, it is Sickc.

Ok, Here is how DLC season pass + Japanese voice work.
Install game update and DLC (season pass + j voice).
Now important thing, u cant change voice on game startup! U have to pass prologue (starting battle) then u will have access to new options.
Then return to main menu choose continue and now u will see new options , then go to extras->settings->game settings->voice language settings->switch to Japanese. exit.
done
Season pass costumes also work , it will show popup

Important !
U must set region zone to match ur game, if u dont dlc wont work! Even better just set AUTO

That's true that there are no chinese build anymore.
Builds made by @drwhojan are working better and faster than canary for me, can't wait for a new build by him

Hey mate, im using CITRA basically for Smash 3ds, which build would you suggest me ?

Tho I stick to Canary Build #949(because this is the build where I get very good performance especially with mods like Project M Saffron City and my own Onett and Summit import). But the rest of it after that build drops frames like Battlefield.
Recent build gives me 35-45FPS in Battlefield with 4 Players(items off) while the comfortable build(949) gives me 60FPS in Battlefield with 4 Players(items off).

There it is. easy ti find.
Its fastest citra i have ever saw. Even at full 4k recording there is no hickups in games. Speed is at least doubled compared to regular citra.
FMV hack is fantastically effective.

Effective but nah. I tried that build but still giving bad performance in Battlefield.

I tried Canary build 949, but i find @drwhojan to be way faster, especially in story mode. Might be my computer anyways

@IceLancerSR I am using that and it's really unbelievable, but i am kinda new about those hacks. I still leave FMV at 16000 ticks and minumum vertices per thread at 10. Do you think i can improve FPS by doing something on those settings? (I even don't know if i have to remove or add numbers on those)

You can mess with the ticks like 14000 are other, it will either Make are Brake Games, But no harm done after emulator reset and change back.

I'm using a nightly build since I have issues with OpenGL 3.3 in the latest ones. The Pokémon in Ultra Moon look kinda off, like they're lacking some shader, but it works relatively well.

Is there a build that supports texture filtering and can play Pokemon X and Y? I hate how the textures look blurry when it's possible for the 3DS to actually run games with filtering, unlike the DS.

No Texture Filtering yet. But you can play Pokemon X and Y in the latest Canary Build.
