The mode option is unrelated to the main menu option.
What tool did you patch the ROM with?

Oh, I selected old 3DS/2DS mode when I first started Twilight Menu.
I used the DS ROM SceneTool patcher to patch Megaman Zero Collection.
I guess its also worth nothing that I have both the original rom and the patched rom in the same folder, does this mess anything up?
No, I mean the "Run in" option in TWiLight Menu++ settings.

Ohhhhh. The game was just set to Default. Should I set it to DS mode or DSi mode?
If this doesn't work, I'll try xDelta patcher.

Wrong menu. That's the per-game settings.
To go to the TWiLight Menu++ settings, touch the wrench icon.

ok thanks i know now it can play it but how do i set it up? i downloaded some roms i extracted it inserted them on a folder and it doesnt show up i changed it from “.smc” to “.snes”
i even left one in the zim and it doesnt work. is there a specific format? or app?

Use ".smc", and put the ROM(s) in the "snes" folder in the .img.
The instructions are in the first post.
They tell you how to create the .img.
How do you put the folder in the .img I created it and made a snes folder at the root aat my sd card used smc roms but none of them are showing in the folder!

Mount the .img using the RAM disk program.
Also, touch won't work if you're using Sudokuhax, and SNEmulDS requires touch for starting the ROM.
I recommend installing HiyaCFW.
Sorry I'm a noob how do I mount it and I have hiyacfw helper will that work and one last thing when I open snemulds it says FS inisalization falied continue anyway and it does but no folders show up and when I press the A button it says "Read" and nothing happens please help
