Nintendo consoles don't do that.
I bought a 3ds just last year and I had to pay just as much as somebody who bought day 1 if not more.
The 3ds actually differentiates itself in a way I find worthwhile as where the switch is a tablet with a dock.
Well that depends on the store you buy. I bought n2dsxl for P10K($187) in day 1 and now it reduce to P8000($150). Take note that the value is not the same as last year. I think $1 was equivalent to P40. Now, it's P53.
As for Nintendo Switch here, it cost P20K-24K(bundle) day 1 and now it reduce to P16K-18K(bundle).
But ofc, America have taxes and it'll be super expensive nonetheless.
I paid $184.88 for a non XL 3ds.
Even if I'm to believe people were paying $250 for the smaller 3ds at launch.
That same $65 dollar discount still doesn't make a tablet with a dock worthwhile for me.
It has no 3d.
Me calling the switch a tablet is me being pretty generous. With how locked down Nintendo made the thing it's more like a 6-12 hour toy then a brick for construction.

The 3d in the 3ds is just a gimmick. Half the games don't utilize it well, many games barely utilize it, and still others don't use it at all. Pokemon couldn't even run in 3d a majority of the time. And most people play without 3d. Frankly most other people also realized it was a gimmick, as did Nintendo.
If you think the 3ds is worth what you paid then I'm sorry for you. It's still too expensive even though it's gone down a bit in price. I love my 3ds but it is just not that great.
Also you talk about being locked down, as though the 3ds ISN'T ALSO LOCKED DOWN.
Its only not locked down right now because it's been hacked.

It's a Switch Emulator for the PC. It's pretty obvious actually.
Although, it doesn't play most Switch games yet. Not even Super Mario Odyssey or BOTW.
I was just confused by the 2nd line in the OP, about making an emulator for the Nintendo Switch, sounded like it was something playable on the Switch, but I get it now:

That's incredible to be able to play "almost" perfectly this type of game in such of short time ahah... If they keep going like this, maybe we will be able to play pokèmon in November almost perfectly.

There is, but it's named poorly, so it's not incredibly obvious to the untrained eye.
